Who are we?

We are a group of Nurse Recruiters from healthcare facilities and nursing schools located in Westchester, the Bronx and Manhattan, but our Association membership is open to those in surrounding counties and boroughs of the Greater Metropolitan NY area.

What do we do?

Our mission is to provide our members with professional support and education on principles of recruitment, retention and related issues. We have developed a forum which fosters collegial relationships through networking and professional development. All of our members are asked to participate on one of a variety of committees. These committees are the heart of the Association as they enable each member to share their expertise and keep our membership informed of any changes and new information in nurse recruitment, retention and related topics.

When and where do we meet?

Our association meets monthly at a central Manhattan location for a two-hour, lunch-time session. We are committed to beginning and ending promptly to make the most efficient use our time.
